The $10 is before coupon, so you only have to buy 4 cartons to get the $5 RR. Here is how it would work out:

4 Quaker Oats at $3.19 each = $12.76 (that makes the $10)
Less - In ad coupon for B1G1 - $6.38
OOP: $6.38

Receive $5 RR
Making them $.35 each!
